Meet Sarah Rubin

 I am a warm and compassionate therapist who is invested in supporting your growth and goal attainment.  I believe that establishing a safe and strong connection takes time to develop and I will follow your lead and comfort level as we begin meeting together. As your partner in this work, I will listen for themes that emerge so that we can explore them together to better understand them.  I believe that the rewards of therapy can result in a deeper understanding of one's self, allowing people to live more intentionally and meaningfully.
